I'd like to be able to color my waters by residue number.
I've searched the manual but can't seem to find a scheme.

mol modselect 0 0 resname WAT
mol modcolor 0 0 ResID
Easier is to do it using main->graphics->create rep
then type 'resname WAT' under selected waters
and choose drawing methods as resid
