So when using the rmsd trajectory tool, if one chooses to plot the data
one can hover over points on the plot and what appears to be step # and
rmsd are output to the terminal. However the step numbers seem to be
decimal so it's hard to make a correspondence between the rmsd values
written to file and those in the plot. Am I misinterpreting what is
printed to screen while hovering over the plot?
