Hello,

I have 2 more quick questions:

1) I can't find a 'slab' function in VMD, so I have been playing with the
near-far clipping. However, the POVRAY/RASTER images don't account for the
clipping. Is there a work-around?

2) The surface made using either MSMS or SURF for a subset of atoms of the
surface of a protein also makes a surface underneath (inside the protein).
Is there a work-around for this?
