Hi,
I'm having trouble coloring by Resname. I would like to
color each amino acid a different color (20), but there
are only 17 in the Resname color category. Ideally I'd
like to use say the RWB color scale to give each amino
acid a color based on an number in the range [0..1].
This seems like such an obvious thing to want to do, I guess
I must have missed something in the manual (newby!).
Thanks,
Nick Hamilton
