This page discusses source code for local BioCoRE servers. Source code to the BioCoRE server is useful for developers wishing to extend the capabilities of BioCoRE and others. If you are a user wishing to interact with BioCoRE, the BioCoRE API might be more appropriate for you.
Source code is available for download via the standard Theoretical and Computational Biophysics download pages.
New versions of the source code are made available each time that we
have a server release. If you just wish to review the code, you can
download the source package and look in the biocore/src
directory.

Get the latest source code via CVS. If you want the
absolute latest code (not guaranteed to work in any way) you can
request CVS access to the BioCoRE source tree. Most people won't need
this since we have official source code releases on a regular basis.
