Hi Kevin,
I don’t know what you mean by either “prosthesis” or “proper”… I opened the structure in Chimera and didn’t notice anything untoward, but maybe I’m not focusing on the right place.  To try to answer you, I would need more information (residue number(s)? maybe a picture of  the problematic area?).  Thanks,
