The habeas corpus case.

--The argument in the case of N. Tinsley Pate, praying, upon a writ of habeas corpus, to be relieved from militia duty, on the ground of his being a detailed conscript, was concluded before Judge Lyons on Saturday. Hon. J. Randolph Tucker closed for the commonwealth, after which the Judge announced that he would render his decision in the matter on Tuesday, and in the meantime Mr. Pate was released on bail for his appearance.
