Louisiana in for the War.

--The following is one of a series of resolutions adopted by the Legislature of Louisiana in session at Shreveport.--There is no mention of the habeas corpus, currency bills, &c, but just these noble words:

Be it further resolved, That in this hour of trial the State of Louisiana tenders to her Government and sister States her warmest sympathy and cordial co-operation; and she hereby declares her unfaltering determination to spare no expense of blood or treasure in defence of the Confederate States of America as a free and independent Republic.
