SIGA

SIGA (Σίγα, Ptol. 4.2.2), a river of Mauritania Caesariensis, falling into a bay of the sea opposite to the island of Acra (now Caracoles). Scylax (p. 51) calls it Σίγον. Probably the present Tafna.
