1. παραγράφεσθαι τὸν νόμον have the law written in parallel columns with a decree which is charged with illegality, “νόμους ἄλλους παραβέβηκεν, οὓς οὐ παραγεγράμμεθα διὰ τὸ πλῆθος” D.23.63, cf. 51:—Pass., “οἱ παραγεγραμμένοι νόμοι” Id.18.111, Aeschin.3.200.
