2. rights of kin, right of inheritance, Ar.Av.1661; “προτέροις τοῖς ἄρρεσι τῶν θηλειῶν τὴν ἀ. πεποίηκε” Is.7.20; “νόθῳ μηδὲ νόθῃ εἶναι ἀ.” Id.6.47, Lex ap.D.43.51; “ταῖς ἀ. πρότεροι ὄντες τινός” Is.7.44, cf. D.44.2.
