For σευ Zen. read “σε”, which probably is for “σἐ”(“ο”): the hiatus after “σε” would be very harsh, even at the end of the first foot (see 2.87). For the aor. ὠνοσάμην see H. G. § 78. 1. The idiom is common in Attic (“ἐπήινεσα”, etc.) but very rare in H.; cf. 24.241. Aisch. Agam. 277 “παιδὸς νέα ὣς κάρτ᾽ ἐμωμήσω φρένας”.
