PRATA QUINCTIA
four iugera of land on the right bank of the river, opposite the NAVALIA (q.v.), that were said to have belonged to L. Quinctius Cincinnatus (Liv. iii. 13. 10; 26. 8; Fest. 256; Plin. NH xviii. 20; RhM 1891, 128). Part of this area was probably open during the early empire, as the name was still in use (see also VATICANUS AGER, VICUS RACILIANI).
