--George Rogers, a man of some thirty years of age, was before the Mayor yesterday, charged with being drunk and disorderly at Rocketts.
He said he was a private watchman in the Quartermaster's Department, and admitted the fact that he was tight.
Being his first appearance, the Mayor discharged him with an admonition.
