Cashier of the Farmers' Bank. --We learn that the Board of Directors of the Farmers' Bank of Virginia, yesterday elected Mr. John M. Goddin Cashier, to fill the vacancy occasioned by the death of the late John Adams Smith. Mr. Goddin has been for some years an officer in the Bank, and though a very young man, has given such evidence of business capacity and good judgment as induced the Directors with unanimity to bestow upon him this very important office.
