Invasion of a hen-house.
--On Friday night last, the hen-house of Capt. Martin M. Lipscomb, located on his premises, on Franklin street, near the western limits of the city, was burglariously entered by some miscreant, who stole seventeen hens and a rooster of that valiant and determined breed known as "game." Capt. L. says that the thief may thank his stars that he did not detect him in making the flagrant appropriation.
