Thomas Dudley, 1634.
Held one or other of these offices every year, residing elsewhere, until he died, July 31, 1653.
John Haynes, 1635.
Afterwards for many years Governor of Connecticut.

He was one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence.
He was defeated as a candidate for Governor in 1812, but before the end of that year was elected Vice-president of the United States, in which office he died, November 23, 1814.
Deputy or Lieutenant-Governors.

Held one or other of these offices every year, residing elsewhere, until he died, July 31, 1653.
