Cage Items. --The following parties were committed to the lower police station yesterday, charged as follows:--William Grace, charged with breaking open and robbing the butcher stall of J. W. Willis, in the First Market, of one thousand and two hundred dollars' worth of bacon; J. Lombard, charged with receiving a portion of the stolen bacon; and David Cavanaugh, for using abusing and insulting language to Miss Jane Taylor and D. W. Seldon.
Robbery. --The provision stall of Joh Willis, at the First Market, was broken into on Wednesday night and robbed of about four thousand dollars' worth of bacon, soap and other groceries.
