From Norfolk. A letter from Norfolk, dated the 29th ult., says that a large number of negroes are coming into that city, having runaway from their masters in the surrounding country. A good many slaves are being sent to McClellan. A gentleman who was running the blockade with some letters was caught by the Yankee pickets and carried before General Viele with his "mail." He was released after a short imprisonment on security to be a peaceable citizen.
