Hustings Court
--Owing to the continued illness of a member of Judge Lyons's family he is still absent from the city, and no Court of Hustings was held yesterday.
The first day on which he will be qualified to attend to business will be taken up in the disposition of N Tinsley, Pate's case, suing out from military service on the ground that he is a detailed conscript, and a member of a regularly enlisted body of soldiers in the Confederate States.
The case was continued till another day.

--Left my farm, in Charlotte county, Va, on the 25th instant, two negroes, Sambo and Henry.
The former is 25 years old, color quite bright, little or no beard, 5 feet 8 or 9 inches nigh, and carried with him a carpet bag.
Henry is 19 years old, dark brown color, has a large wen over his left eye, and is 6 feet 4 or 5 inches high.
Said negroes are trying to make their way to my farm in Hanover county, Va, near Richmond.
The above reward will be paid for their apprehension and delivery to me, or to Mr S G Tinsley, Richmond, Va. William Gaines. Charlotte C. H., July 25, 1864. jy 29--3t
