Ordered That the Receivers, Thomas T Gales, Henry L Brooke, John T Francis, Francis L Smith, John M Speed, Thomas H Campbell, and William A Maury, do each of them, on the 20th day of March next, render before Wm F Watson, a Commissioner of this Court, an account of all matters in his hands, or under his control, as Receiver as aforesaid, appointed under the act of CongThomas H Campbell, and William A Maury, do each of them, on the 20th day of March next, render before Wm F Watson, a Commissioner of this Court, an account of all matters in his hands, or under his control, as Receiver as aforesaid, appointed under the act of Congress entitled "An act for the sequestrations of the estates, property and effects of alien enemies, and for the indemnity of citizens of the Confederate States, and persons aiding the same in the existing war with the United States, " approved August 30th, 1861; and to make and state an account and settlement, under oath of his collection of moneys and disbursements under the act aforesaid: And it is further ordered that the Marshal of this Court cause to be published in the Richmond Enquirer.
One hundred Dollars reward
--Ran away from the subscriber, on the 25th Dec'r last, my negro man Patrick.
He is about 28 years of age, about five feet, seven inches high, very black, large thick lips, his under one turns entirely over, and large feet and hands.
He has been engaged in driving from my farm, in Henrico, in the city of Richmond, for several years past.--He may be lurking about the city, or in some of the camps around.
I will give the above reward for his apprehension and return to me. Thomas B Carter. ja 17--2awts
