Political change. --The Petersburg (Va.) Express, until recently a conservative paper, has, "under the influence of the last two weeks in the political amphitheatre at Washington, become heartily sick of Unionism," and would greet a separation from the fanatics with its "whole heart."
A large black flag of "mourning," for the delay of Virginia in "going out," was found suspended across the Main street of Fredericksburg, Va., on Friday morning. It bore a suitable inscription.
