The Kansas Troubles. Leavenworth, Dec. 7. --Advices from Fort Scott to the 3d inst. are to hand. The Federal troops were acting as a posse comitatus to the United States Marshal, and had arrested seven persons for being engaged in the late murders. No resistance was offered. The troops would move to Mound City on the 4th ult.
