From the Rio Grande. The Brownsville correspondent of the Galveston News, in his letter of June 11, writes: Whilst at Point Isabel I had the pleasure of meeting Gen. Ignacio Comonfort, the ex-President of the Mexican Republic, and his two beautiful and accomplished daughters, who, after traveling with him for two or three years through Europe, have decided to take up their residence in this city.
