From Northern Virginia. Advices from Northern Virginia leave no doubt of the fact that the Federal army under Gen. Meade is advancing upon our forces with a view to bring on a general engagement, which will probably not be declined when the proper time arrives. From present indications, a few days more will serve to bring into collision the contending forces.
