The crops in North Carolina. --A correspondent traveling through North Carolina gives the most encouraging account of the prospect for fine crops in that State. He says: The bountiful earth seems to have come up, in living sympathy, to the aid of our holy cause. The seasons have been unusually propitious, and apparently worn-out soils are teeming with luxurious crops of corn and esculent roots. But a few miles from the scenes of strife and Yankee desolation smiling plenty yet coveNorth Carolina gives the most encouraging account of the prospect for fine crops in that State.
