Accident. --Jeremiah Jasper, a youth about thirteen years of age, was yesterday run over by a wagon and horse near Rocketts, on Main street, and severely injured. His left leg was broken below the knee, and he also sustained a severe sprain in the back. Immediately after the accident he was taken to his mother's residence, where medical assistance was soon procured.
