Tansall, formerly of the U. S. Marine Corps; Captain J. W. Poole, of the North Carolina Volunteers, and former ly an officer of the Baltimore City Guards; L. J. Johnson, Captain of a North Carolina corps; Surgeon James L. Lindsay, of North Carolina; Surgeon William M. Page, of Virginia; R. W.
