News from the North. The receipt of Northern papers as late as Friday last, enables us to lay before our readers the following summary: The battle near Summersville. Clarksburg,Va., Sept. 12. --A battle commenced between the Federal troops and the enemy at 3 o'clock on Tuesday afternoon, near Summersville. Gen.
