To be Condemned.
--We learn that Mr. P. H. Aylett, the District Attorney of the Confederate States, has instituted proceedings in admiralty in the District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, for the formal condemnation and sale of the steamer St. Nicholas, as well as for the vessels, the "Margaret," the " Mary Pierce," and the "Monticello, " recently captured by Col. Thomas and Capt. Hellins, of the army and navy of the Confederate States.
