Man killed. --An aged man named Simpson, a resident of Orange county, Virginia, was killed at Gordonsville on Saturday night, by being run over by an engine of the Orange railroad. He was walking on the track, and, meeting the engine, stepped to one side to let it pass. Immediately after passing him, the engine commenced backing, and the deceased, having gotten on the track, was run over by it, having both his legs severed from his body. He survived but a few hours after the accident.
