Murder.
--A letter from Lowndes county, Ga., dated March 11, states that Mrs. Elizabeth Key, a widow lady, started from her house in Emanact county, near Swainsboro', one day last week, on a visit to her friends in the neighborhood.
She was subsequently found dead in an old well, with her hands tied together with her apron strings and the apron tied over her head and face.
The perpetrators of the deed are unknown.
