Drowned.
--Four valuable negro men were drowned a few days ago, at Quisenberry's Mill-pond, on the North Anna river, in Louisa county.
In attempting to cross the river, which was swollen by a freshet, the boat in which they had embarked was swept over a dam, and the whole party drowned.
One was owned by Robt. W. Goodwin, two by Overton Burrus, and one by Miss Blayde, of Spotsylvania county.
