Attempting to go North.
--Charles Taylor, a citizen of this place, was arrested on Monday last, in the lower part of Hanover county, while making his way, as it is supposed, into the Yankee lines.
He was brought to this city and taken before Captain Doswell, Assistant Provost Marshal, who sent him to Castle Thunder for confinement till the offence alleged against him is investigated.
