ple was dedicated. This Masonic Hall is, very probably, the finest in the State. It was opened last night, and a public reception was granted to all to see its beauties. The building is a very fine one, and reflects great credit upon the brethren of the "mystic tie." The dedication ceremonies were public, and was gratifying to all who had the pleasure of being present. It was sad to see the "old brothers," as they turned for a last look at the old lodge-room, where so often they have pleasantly mingled with many who have long since been laid beneath the sods of the valley, with the ever green in their graves. When old men are stirred with such memories, tears steal down their furrowed checks responsive to the emotions of true hearts. Rockingham Union Lodge is one of the largest, most flourishing, and best working Lodges in the State. They are, truly, proud of their new Temple, and our people are proud of them.
