as, after further debate, passed by the following vote: Year--Messrs. Barnwell, Brown, Graham, Johnson of Georgia, Maxwell, Oldham, Orr, Semmes, Walker and Wateen--10. Mays.--Messrs Bunnett, Capteron, Henry, Hunter, Johnson of Missouri, Simms, Vest and Wigfall--. Senate bill supplemental to the law authorizing commanders of the reserves in each State to order general courts martial and to revise the proceedings of courts tial and military courts, was considered and passed. Hges of eighteen and forty-five, in any State, shall be called for under the provisions of this act. '" The bill, as amended, was then passed by the following vote: Yeas.--Messrs. Brown, Burnett, Caperton, Henry, Hunter, Oldham, Semmes, Simms and Watson--9. Nays.--Messrs. Barnwell, Graham, Johnson of Georgia, Johnson of Missouri, Maxwell, Orr, Vest, Wigfall--7.
