Pope's first Dispatch from the Indian country — his Antagonists "fall back." The following Dispatch has been received at Washington: Hdq'rs Army St. Paul, Sept. 26, 1862. Major-Gen. Halleck, General in Chief: Dispatches from Col. Sibley, just received, state that a sharp engagement had taken place with the Sioux, near Yellow Medicine. About 30 Indians killed, and many wounded.
