Resignation of a Minister --The resignation of Rev. L. W. Seeley, who for the past eight years has been the pastor of the Second Baptist Church, of this city, was tendered yesterday, and accepted by the members of that church. Dr. Seeley, we learns, has accepted the Presidency of the Hollins Female Institute, at Salem, Roanoke county, Va, and leaves this city much to the regret of every member of his congregation.
