Vagrants.
--Wednesday night officer Seal and some other of the day police, being out on a raid in search of some thieves, picked up in disreputable quarters two young men named respectively Andrew Clark and Wm. Reynolds, both known to be of dissolute character, and neither having proper papers to show why they were not in the army.--Andrews had a notary's certificate, dated a year ago, that he was under eighteen.
Reynolds had nothing.
They were yesterday brought before the Mayor, who sent them to Capt. Coke, the enrolling officer.
