Arrested for stealing. --Officer Seal yesterday arrested Flouring, a negro fellow for sometime employed to attend to the cleaning up of the City Hall, charged with steering several home of silk dresses, a fine saddle, and various other articles of greater or less value. A lot of bacon, alleged to have been stolen from Mr. Payronst, was some days age deposited in the big box which site at one and of the Mayor's court room, but on looking for it yesterday it was ascertained that it had been taken away. Suspicion being directed towards Fleming, a warrant was obtained to search his premises which was placed in the hands of Mr. Seal for execution, when that officer soon after returned with the negro in custody, and reported the finding of not only the articles above enumerated, last several other things which have been so mysteriously lost. For some time back a great many articles have been missing from the Mayor's court room and no one could account for it; but now, since so many
