Runaway --My negro man, Charles Scott, left the employment of Capt S C Elliott, A C S, Drowry's Stuff, on Thursday evening, 14th instant. He was seen at Ricc's Station (R and P. R. E) to get on the train going to Richmond Charles is 25 years old, about 5 feet 7 inches in height, and is believed to be dressed in gray uniform jacket, light gray pantaloons, and light colored touch hat. He will doubtless endeavor to reach the Yankee lines. A suitable reward will be paid for his apprehension and delivery to me. W F Sheild, jy 10--2*
