To let—this season, that elegant country residence, in Medford, of the late Col. Royall, the gardens and as much land as may be desired, having a great quantity of the best fruit trees in the country.
The house, Gardens, etc. are in good repair, and may be entered upon immediately.
For terms apply to the subscriber, at Mrs. Welsh's in Court street, or to Col. Fitch Hall in Medford, who will cheerfully shew the premises.
