--The fine artillery corps raised by Dr. William W. Parker held a meeting on Friday night, and organized by the election of the following officers: William W. Parker, Captain; Sylvester J. Tucker, Senior First Lieutenant; J. Thompson Brown, Junior First Lieutenant; J. Parkinson, Senior Second LieuteDr. William W.
