A Valuable Accession.
--The Charleston correspondent of the Mobile News, says that Mr. Thos. pham a Lieutenant in the British army, and a recall of the British West Indies, arrived there the that day from Barbadoes, and has gone West to service with Gen. Morgan's cavalry.
Lieut, pham was educated in England, and is well in armed and highly educated.
He expresses the opinion that the final success of the Confederacy, which he looks upon as already accomplished, ll eventually break up the Abolition party in England as well as in America.
He represents all a Creoles in the British West Indies as deeply sympathizing in our cause, and that they yet hope slavery established among them.
