Fellow Soldiers,—In performing the duty assigned to me by your committee, it may perhaps be expected that I should direct attention to something directly or remotely connected with Morgan's command, but about these mattersMorgan's command, but about these matters I prefer to talk to you in the camp rather than to write about them.
