Quarterman, charged with stealing a vest from Nicholas Carroll, (whipped by order of Alderman Taylor and dismissed); John Maxwell, white, trespassing upon lesser Hutchinson and breaking off the window blinds to his house; and Thomas Quinn, white, charged with assaulting and beating Ann Riley.
