The Courts. --Only some three or four cases were brought before the Mayor on Saturday morning, none of which were of a character to interest the public. In Judge Lyons's Court, civil matters entirely were disposed of, the criminal docket having been swept off on Friday. Several habeas corpus cases were called up before Judge Halyburton, of the Confederate Court; but, the parties not being ready to go into examination, they were continued.

Morgan, James Roane and James Pearce, praying to be relieved from service in Colonel Danforth's regiment, second-class militia, under joint resolution of the Legislature, the parties were thus brought into court, and, upon a hearing, bailed until the 4th of February next

Bailed. --On account of the condition of Wm. St. George Gunn's health — he being afflicted with a severe case of the camp itch, and therefore likely to communicate it to the other prisoners,--Judge Lyons has admitted him to bail in the sum of three thousand dollars. --Gunn was arrested some time since, and committed to Castle Thunder, on the charge of running off negroes to the Yankees.
Hustings Court. --The Hustings Court of Magistrates disposed of the following business yesterday: Frank Morris, alias Hermann, was arraigned on the charge of murdering and robbing Michael Rourke, and the Court, being of opinion that the evidence against the prisoner was of a decided character, sent him on for trial before Judge Lyons. Malissa J. Parmature, charged with stealing two hundred dollars in Confederate notes from Bickerton W. Saunders, was also sent on for trial. Aner, slave of Francis Gathright, charged with burglariously entering, in the night time, the house of William Palmer, and stealing therefrom six thousand dollars' worth of silverware, provisions, etc., was ordered to be sold beyond the limits of the Commonwealth.

Hustings Court. --The fourth day's proceedings of the session of the Hustings Court of Magistrates will be found below: Eliza, slave of Edward Stiff, charged with poisoning Augustus Kuper, son of Frederick Kuper, was discharged, the evidence being insufficient to warrant the detention of the accused. Jas. E. Robinson and Thaddeus A. R. Hopkins, charged with stealing a watch from J. A. Lafitte, were sent on for examination before Judge Lyons. Wm. Clayton, charged with stealing two hundred and twenty dollars from Martha J. Crawford, was discharged. David J. Childress, charged with aiding in the escape of a negro slave, was sent on for examination before the Hustings Court. The Grand Jury brought in indictments against Francis Leidermeyer, Jas. E. Robinson, John F. Chambers, Christian Bergin, J. H. Sherman, Henry Beckman, D. J. McCormack, F. W. Hagemeyer and Christian Euker, charged with keeping drinking saloons, where liquor is sold without a license.

After being charged by the Judge they retired, and at 3 o'clock came into court with indictments for felony against the following parties: Joseph Johnson, Frank Morris, aliasHerman, alias Meinham; Isaac Jacobs, Samuel Clark, Melissa J. Palmateure, George W. Berry, David Childrey, Asa Perrin (three cases), John Munn, Henry Smith, A. A. ThoJudge Lyons's Court commenced yesterday. The Grand Jury was sworn in, with John W. Purcell as foreman. After being charged by the Judge they retired, and at 3 o'clock came into court with indictments for felony against the following parties: Joseph Johnson, Frank Morris, aliasHerman, alias Meinham; Isaac Jacobs, Samuel Clark, Melissa J. Palmateure, George W. Berry, David Childrey, Asa Perrin (three cases), John Munn, Henry Smith, A. A. Thompson, William Daley and Catherine Collins. The Grand Jury were then discharged till Thursday. The cases of Johnson and Clarke will be tried to-day.
