--At a meeting of Company "I," held at their armory on Tuesday night last, the following gentlemen were elected for the ensuing year: 1st Sergeant, D. A. Tyree; 2d Sergeant, G. W. Smither; 3d Sergeant, Jas. T. Tyree; 4th Sergeant, B. F. Jones; 5th Sergeant, J. A. Tyree; 1st Corporal, C. C. Tinsley; 2d Corporal, H. C. Ballon; 3d Corporal, R. M. Jones; 4th Corporal, J. T. Crew; Peterfield Trent, Secretary, and R. F. Morriss, Treasurer.
Jas. D. Browne is appointed Ensign, vice R. A. E. Dabney resigned in consequence of ill health.
