Prison Items. --The following parties were received into Castle Thunder yesterday, viz: Nine men from the Military Prison of the Western District for medical trestment; Wm. J. Hudgine, of Co. F. 18th Va. Regit, deserter, sent by the enrolling officer of Buckingham county, to be returned to his regiment; John Raiser, Co. K, 14th La, deserter; Wm. J. Ray. Co. K, 5th Va Cavairy, deserter; Jos Hill, steamer Richmond, deserter; J. M. Creedy, Jos Davis and A. G. Bird, supposed deserters from the Navy, arriston in Charlotteaville; eleven conscripts, sent by the Provost Marshal of Charlotteaville; arn Hale, Solotoon kisher, and S P Hale, for harboring deserters Dan Keith, G Powers, and Jas M Hale, 54th Va regiment, deserters.
ost Marshal. John Carr, slave of Joseph Hall, for getting drunk and going to sleep in an alley, was ordered a licking. Frank Rosecrans, arrested for assaulting and beating James Kennan, was sent to the military authorities under guard. John Ford, John Smith, Wm., Schurlinder, Wm. D. Miller, and Chas. Burns, arrested at the Mount Vernon Hotel, near the Petersburg depot, as persons of evil name, without visible means of support, were committed until Tuesday. Reuben, slave of Jas. H. S., Taylor, employed in the billiard saloon of the Ballard House, was brought up, charged with stealing $115 in Confederate Treasury notes from Lieut. S. D. Puller, a boarder at the house. The witness testified that he missed his money after seeing prisoner in his room in close proximity to his pantaloons, and that on being accused of the offence the boy denied it, and said be would rather go out and borrow the money from his acquaintances and refund it than that his owners should think

Wheat's Battalion The discha yesterday were Chas Williams, Chas H Kent, J D Fitt, S Mullis. John F McKey S. L Mullis, Jerry Clapp Jacob Mullis, Wm Chappall, and Mike Ettondgo. There were in confinement yesterday 141 prisoners, deserters to be court martials, prisoners under sentence and others.
