ion.Eighth day--[second session.] Richmond, June 21, 1861. The Convention was called to order at 10 o'clock, President Janney in the chair. The session was opened with prayer by Rev. Burwell Sturlock, a member of the Convention. The Comecessity, and in such cases the people of the localities should pay the expense.
